Leroy Davis

Mr. Leroy Davis, a case manager for Community for Creative
Non-Violence in Washington DC, is presently working towards his
Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (MCSD) certification with
help from 3Soft USA’s MCSD training program. Formerly a mainframe
programmer specializing in legacy systems, Mr. Davis is pursuing
training and certification to update his past programming
experience and open up new opportunities within the Information
Technology (IT) field.
Mr.
Davis is very enthusiastic about his training and the things that
he is learning and comes in during the weekend to practice,
demonstrating that training alone does not bring success, but also
hard work and determination. In this ambitious spirit, he
encourages others to seek technical training in order to make a
difference in their lives. It is this profound commitment to
excellence that led to his promotion to Case Manager at CCNV. He
currently serves as a liaison between CCNV and 3Soft USA.

Mr. Archie Barnes Bay

Mr. Archie Barnes-Bay joined our program with the desire to
develop his own initiative helping small and home businesses
establish a Web presence and build traffic. He took advantage of
our extended lab hours, enabling him to put into practice what he
was learning in the classroom setting. Upon completion of the
program, with the assistance of 3Soft USA’s web development team
and hosting services, Mr. Bay was able to reposition his talents
and establish himself as a Free Lance Web Developer. His first
client was Spiritual Designs, a t-shirt design company based in
Washington, DC.
