Oracle Developer

Job Summary
The scope
of this job is to integrate, develop and support front office
derivative/real-estate applications. Candidate will engage in
requirements gathering, detailed analysis, design, development,
testing, implementation, documentation and support. Production
support is an internal part of this position.
Responsibilities:

Actively
participates in new development initiatives, enhancement of existing
applications, and issue resolution/production support.

Involved
in all phases of software development life cycle, requirements,
detailed analysis, design, development, unit and integration testing,
and implementation of both development and support initiatives in
.NET, Oracle 10g, and Unix.

Provides
daily production support, and resolves production issues in a timely
manner.
Required Skills
Experience
Required
-
At least 3
years of software development experience and involvement in all phases
of software development life cycle.

Individual
must demonstrate initiative, clear ownership and team
responsibilities. Must be an excellent individual contributor but also
a good team player.

Candidate
must assimilate new information quickly and have strong analytical
skills. Must systematically analyze the problems to resolve issues and
answer questions, and be highly responsive to production issues.

Derivatives Front Office experience desirable.
Required
Technical Skills ( Technical skills needed to do the job)

Minimum 2
years of Oracle development experience in PL/SQL, Stored Procedures,
and Triggers

2 to 3
years development experience in .NET framework using C#, ASP.NET and
Windows Forms
-
Unix
experience is a plus
