Web Design
is a course designed to teach students Web page creation and other
aspects of Web authoring. Students gain experience developing Web
pages in at ext editor and a graphical user interface
(GUI)
editor. Students also learn how use Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and
study the basics of Extensible Hypertext Markup language (XHTML),
JavaScript, Dynamic HTML (DHTML), and the Document Object Model (DOM).
